Xecest is powered by 60+ talented designers, creators, and innovators united by a love of doing things differently. With 75% of our team being women and a mix of cultures and perspectives, we keep our work fresh and distinctive.

We split our time between the North East of England, where the brand was born, and our Central London studio—championing creative careers outside the capital while proving world-class fashion thrives beyond borders.

At our core, we exist to defy expectations and deliver the best possible experience at every touchpoint.

Working flexibly between our East London and Northumberland spaces, we keep our culture lively, inclusive, and driven by fresh ideas. Whether in person or online, our teams push the Xecest experience forward, supported by world-class logistics across the UK, US, and EU to ensure every order arrives seamlessly.

We donate regularly to Ecologi, the Fashion Minority Alliance, and local charities, helping drive environmental action and empower underrepresented talent.

We’re also reducing our impact with recycled packaging and waste-conscious practices, while our volunteer scheme gives every team member paid time to support causes they care about. As we grow, we’ll keep expanding these efforts—strengthening both our community and our planet.
